HIPAA
We are in compliance with HIPAA – Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Its acronym. The Act sets forth guidelines to protect the confidentiality and privacy of patient information and medical records.
MIN OF HEALTH
We are governed by Law 1419 of 2010 and Resolution 2654 of 2019 which established the guidelines for Telehealth in Colombia, as supported by the General System of Social Security in Health, aiming to generate access to services and technologies that ensure comprehensive, timely and high quality care.
HL7
We comply with the Health Level Seven (HL7) computer standards, which are the protocols for exchanging information between health applications, which indicate how data is organized and communicated between two parties. These standards define the language, structure and types of data required for seamless integration between health systems.
